What Are Your Return Conditions?Updated 4 months ago

Online Returns Policy:

  • Full-priced items, including those on temporary promotion or purchased with a discount, can be returned for an instant refund, standard refund, or credit note within 21 days of delivery.
  • Sale items can only be returned for SHEIKE credit.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and free from stains, fragrances, and bodily odors. All tags and buttons must be attached.
  • Exceptions: Earrings, sunglasses, headwear, scarves, face masks, and garment accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Swimwear and bodysuits must be tried on with undergarments; the protective hygiene strip must remain in place for returns.

In-Store Returns Policy:

  • In-store purchases must be returned within 21 days with proof of purchase.
  • Items purchased from DFOs/Outlets must be returned to a DFO/Outlet location.
  • The same conditions regarding item condition and hygiene apply as in the online policy.
  • Sale items can be exchanged or returned for SHEIKE credit only.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed in the original payment method, except for SHEIKE Gift Cards and third-party Gift Cards, which will be issued as SHEIKE credit.
  • Sample and SP items are priced to clear and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or exchange unless faulty.
  • Faulty discounted items are only eligible for a return if an additional fault occurs after purchase.

All faulty items will be assessed, and options for repair, replacement, or refund will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
