I Want to Exchange In-Store:
You can exchange SHEIKE items in-store within 21 days from the date of your in-store purchase or delivery date, provided all Returns Conditions are met, this includes items purchased online.
Please note that only items purchased at our DFOs/Outlets can only be exchanged at a DFO/Outlet location if they are eligible for a return.

If an instant exchange is selected you will receive a free returns label to send your parcel back to SHEIKE.
