Can I Exchange My SHEIKE Order?Updated a month ago

I Want to Exchange In-Store: 

You can exchange SHEIKE items in-store within 21 days from the date of your in-store purchase or delivery date, provided all Returns Conditions are met, this includes items purchased online.

Please note that only items purchased at our DFOs/Outlets can only be exchanged at a DFO/Outlet location if they are eligible for a return.

We suggest calling your nearest SHEIKE store before your visit to confirm stock availability. You can find their contact details here: SHEIKE - Store Locater


I Want to Exchange Online:

Great news! We'd love to help facilitate your online exchange via our online returns portal powered by Refundid.

Refundid can provide shoppers with an instant exchange for the same item in a different size.

Feel free to request an exchange through our Returns Portal. Please ensure your return is lodged within 21 days of your delivery date and that all Returns Conditions are met.

You will need to log in or create an account with Refundid as you will be asked to provide a debit card to pay for shipping.

Please download your return label and ensure to send back your item/s within 7 days.

SHEIKE will then send your preferred size. Please note we endeavor to dispatch within 1-2 business days, however please allow additional time during peak/promotional periods. 

Instant exchanges are eligible for Australian online orders only.


In-store purchases cannot be exchanged online but can be exchanged at your nearest SHEIKE store.
