How Do I Return a Purchase?Updated a month ago
We want you to be completely satisfied with your recent purchase. So, if something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer a return within 21 days from delivery.
Full priced items including items on temporary promotion/purchased with a discount can be returned for a refund or credit note for any reason. Sale items can be returned for SHEIKE Store Credit only. Please ensure our Returns Conditions are also met for your return to be approved.
In-Store:
You can return your items in-store, but please note that our DFO stores can only accept returns for items originally purchased from a DFO location. Items exchanged can be exchanged again within 21 days or returned for store credit, provided return conditions are met. In-store refunds are available for orders up to $400. For refunds of $400 or more from online orders, please use the Online Returns process to send the items to our warehouse.
Online:
To arrange your return online, please visit our Returns Portal within 21 days of your delivery date. For online returns, a return label will be provided, and a $9.95 shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your return. Please retain your return tracking number for your reference. Once your parcel arrives back in our Warehouse your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. When your return is processed you will receive a notification from SHEIKE.
