Click & Collect is available in all stores except our Outlet locations, at no extra charge. Once you have selected the store from which you want to collect your order, this choice cannot be changed.
If you require assistance, please reach out to the store where your Click & Collect order has been completed. For enquiries outside of business hours, you can contact Customer Care here.
Orders will be ready for collection within 24 hours and must be collected within 7 days of the “Ready to Collect” confirmation. We will make every effort to contact any customers who have not collected their orders within 7 days. After 10 days, we will refund the order, and we cannot hold any items further.
Please note that Click & Collect orders are subject to the SHEIKE - Returns Policy. Once your Click & Collect order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed in-store. If an order has been confirmed, we are unable to make any changes.
However, if an order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it for you so that you can place a new order correctly or change the collection location.
